Where is your factory located? How can I visit you?

Our factory is in Qingdao City, Shandong Province. You can fly to Qingdao Airport. When you confirm the flight number and time, please tell me, and we will pick you up at the Airport.

If my machine can not work when I receive it, what will your factory do?

We have CE and ISO certificates, and we have customers all around the world. After the machine is finished, we can test it for your checking. If it does not meet your demands, we will change it or even give back your deposit.

Is your company a trading company or a factory?

We have an independent factory.

What about the Shipment?

We’ll choose proper transportation mode based on the weight of goods, usually arrange shipment by air express such as DHL,FEDEX,TNT or UPS.
